- Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of a standardized corporate business continuity and crisis management framework and methodology including planning, training, awareness, and rollout
- Information and Technology (I&T), Operations, Police, Legal, Communications, etc.) Ensure that proper policies, standards, strategies, and resources, are in place for accuracy and readiness
- Coordinate all business continuity and crisis management work and testing
- Prepare and lead exercises including mock-ups, tabletops for incident crisis management
- Lead post incident exercise review, improvement plan development and implementation of recommendations
- Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to Organizational Resilience (OR) governance and policies
- Work with the Corporate Security leadership members to develop programs that increase our strategic capabilities and encourage excellence
- Working Conditions The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. to visit CN sites.
- Business Continuity Institute (BCI), Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI), or International Organization of Standards (ISO) Certification** Any designation for these above would be considered as an asset
