    This position can reside out of Calgary or Edmonton.

    This teammate will be responsible for:

    • Cultivate and nurture best in class relationships with Sales Team, Key Account Store Managers at RCLS, SNDL, Sobeys, Calgary CO-OP, Costco, Independent Accounts & Regional Chains.
    • Achieve APL revenue expectations by ensuring volume, promotional, and overall merchandising standards are achieved with excellence by Territory Managers.
    • Collaboration with Sales Manager, Key Managers, Customer Solutions, Demand & Marketing, to establish upcoming programming initiatives and develop best in class results for AB.
    • Development of Territory Planning and execution according to KPI's and Field Sales Execution targets.
    • Monitor, communicate & recommend solutions regarding competitor activities & developments to Sales Manager
    • Spearheading the development, execution, and post analysis of programs including distribution drives, shelving initiatives, display programs, pricing promotions, On-premise initiatives and product launches with Sales Manager

    We are looking for a teammate with:

    • University or College Degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years Sales Manager & Beverage Alcohol experience.
    • Exemplary leadership & customer service skills including communication, product knowledge, problem solving, and attention to detail.
    • Passionate self- starter with dedicated work ethic
    • Maintenance of privileged and confidential information relating to AP Imports sales & revenue growth opportunities.
    • Managing time & prioritizing activities.
    • Flexible outside regular business hours.
    • Regularly work with suppliers and manage supplier itineraries to optimize supplier relationships and market visits.
    • Domestic and possibly some international travel required.
