    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with diverse departments, extracting key insights to pinpoint areas for innovation.
    • Strategize with the Product Management team to scale and prioritize projects that will revolutionize our workflow.
    • Architect innovative solutions by melding requirements with the latest in tech tools.
    • Champion the deployment of smart, creative low-code solutions, leading the charge towards digital excellence.
    • Navigate the management of external vendors and internal developers, ensuring all moving parts are synchronized.
    • Wear multiple hats: from Product Manager to Developer to ultimate Solutions Architect—drive comprehensive solutions from the drawing board to reality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical integration and seamless communication across the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience in Solutions Architecture, with a portfolio of tech solutions that have transformed businesses.
    • Advanced knowledge of CRM methodologies and CRM systems.
    • Experience with Zoho CRM and its suite of products is highly desirable.
    • Adept at sculpting robust applications on low-code platforms.
    • A communicator of the highest order, fluent in the language of tech and teamwork.
    • Savvy with SQL and database ecosystems.
    • Problem-solving is your passion, and you approach every challenge with a curious mind and a solution-oriented arsenal.
