    Description

    The future of the entertainment industry is leaning towards interaction, and our marketing team plays a vital role in shaping this future by building engaging content, fostering a strong community, and creating a culture around our renowned brands. Our goal is to enable our audiences to engage, innovate, watch, and connect through our exceptional franchises and experiences such as The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, Apex Legends, and Battlefield. We are a versatile group with top-notch expertise in cultivating fanbases, driving interactive storytelling, and solidifying our franchises as key players in the entertainment landscape.

    As a Senior Producer, you will provide strategic insights and lead marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior executives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Production Execution, you will work closely with content creators and maintain open communication with partners to oversee the entire production process.

    Responsibilities

    • Content production: plan and execute marketing assets, including key visuals, design systems, and videos
    • Daily monitoring of marketing materials and approvals
    • Summarize stakeholder feedback effectively
    • Initiate requests for music licensing and composition
    • Forecast plans and allocate necessary resources
    • Deliver prompt responses to requests from the leadership team
    • Collaborate with studio producers to incorporate game assets into marketing projects
    • Lead discussions with senior partners from various departments
    • Communicate creative vision to production partners and stakeholders
    • Guide and supervise team members throughout ideation, design, and execution

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 9 years of experience in a related field
    • Ability to simplify complex plans into essential milestones
    • Experience in high-pressure production environments
    • Proficiency in conflict resolution and cross-team collaboration
    • Understanding of production workflows and long-term impact of creative decisions
    • Experience collaborating with developers and external partners
    • Willingness to travel as needed

    Proficient in working with production tracking tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Shotgrid

    Candidates from Quebec are exempt from this. BC Compensation and Benefits: The base salary ranges vary based on geographic locations. EA ensures a competitive salary that aligns with the market rate in your area alongside an extensive benefits package including vacation time, sick leaves, and health/dental/vision coverage.
