    Description

    Job Description:

    Treyarch is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join their team in creating top-notch content for the next era of gaming platforms.

    In this role, you'll collaborate closely with department leaders to guide teams through the development journey, from idea to final product. Your tasks will involve crafting and overseeing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring team goals are accomplished efficiently and with high quality. To excel in this role, you should be well-organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoy collaborating with others.

    What you'll do...

    • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of game features and content, overseeing multiple projects concurrently
    • Work with Directors and Leads to establish feature schedules and project goals
    • Communicate project milestones and priorities effectively to team members
    • Utilize your game development expertise to anticipate and address project risks and challenges
    • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders to manage expectations
    • Collaborate with teams to solve complex issues, enhance product quality, and stay on course
    • Monitor feature performance post-launch and make informed decisions promptly
    • Lead meetings to facilitate team communication

    • Hold at least 7 years of experience in Production or Project Management in the Gaming or Digital Content industry

    The standard salary range for this position is $113,239.100 CAD annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, performance, and location. Incentive compensation may also be available.
