    Job Description

    The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end project management of various Digital and/or Integrated projects including eCRM programs, online marketing campaigns (Banner Ads, Social, landing pages, brand and/or contest websites), emails, etc. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for delivering completed projects on time, on specification, and budget.

    The Digital Project Manager must demonstrate a good understanding of
    project management tools and best-practice methodology, and the flexibility to lead a diverse
    and dynamic team to deliver balanced integrated solutions.​ The successful candidate will
    possess superior problem-solving skills and a passion for digital marketing.

    Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of project management or production experience in an interactive or integrated agency or similar environment
  • Can show experience in bottom-up scoping of projects, creating project budgets, tracking actuals, and creating statements of work
  • Stays abreast of new trends in advertising, particularly in technology
  • Demonstrates an ability to solve problems with a solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project
  • Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, experience design, technology, quality assurance testing, and marketing methodologies
  • Successful history of project leadership to clients and accounts, with demonstrable experience in setting and managing stakeholder expectations
  • A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic agency environment
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, wireframing/workflow tools, and online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Smartsheets, basecamp etc.
