    Your Role:

    Plan and Execute:
    Create and stick to project plans, working seamlessly with teams and contractors.

    Client Focus:
    Be the go-to for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.

    Quality Matters:
    Ensure work meets high standards through regular inspections.

    Lead the Team:
    Foster a positive work environment, leading your project team.

    Budget Savvy:
    Monitor budgets and find cost-saving opportunities.

    Skills Needed:

    • Detailoriented with architectural drawing proficiency.
    • Deep knowledge of windows and doors.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years as a Project Manager in construction.
    • Proven success in customer satisfaction and upselling.
    • Extensive knowledge of construction processes and materials.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
    • Canadian Driver License and access to a reliable insured vehicle.

    How You'll Contribute:

    • Review project docs for accountability.
    • Develop project schedules.
    • Ensure accurate measurements.
    • Address potential issues proactively.
    • Collaborate on material procurement.
    • Provide regular project updates.
    • Prepare Change Orders for review.
    • Coordinate installation appointments.
    • Collaborate with Installers, Sales, and Internal Staff.
    • Attend scheduled meetings.
    • Establish department standards.
    • Coordinate site deficiencies.
    • Maintain a 6week lookahead schedule.
    • Collaborate on project costs and collections.
    • Prepare information for installers.
    • Collaborate on improvement initiatives.
    • Represent the company in business dealings.

    Working Conditions:

    • Mix of office and site visits.
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
    • Full Health and Safety training.
    • Flexibility for overtime.

    Type:
    Full-time

    Salary:
    $70000 base payroll structure (to start only)

    • Upselling commissions
    • 5% for selling.
    • 1% for lead generation
