    Inventory clerks supervisor (NOC Vacancy : 1 position available Terms of Employment : Full time and permanent Office Location : Unit # 3 street, BC V3W 7X4 Salary : $31.35/ hour on the basis of 40 hrs full time work Job requirements Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail Personal Suitability Flexibility, Reliability, Organized, Team player Specific Skills Adhere to high-quality service standards and adhere strictly to established procedures, rules, and regulations.

    Effectively address a diverse range of problems and associated complaints, implementing corrective measures and continuously driving process improvements. Supervise and orchestrate the daily activities of clerks and warehouse personnel. Provide clear guidance, direction, and unwavering support to team members. Strategically schedule and assign tasks to optimize workflow efficiency. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new clerks, covering company policies, procedures, and systems. Vigilantly monitor employee performance, offering constructive feedback and support as needed. Foster effective communication by liaising with other departments and suppliers to seamlessly coordinate inventory-related activities. Conduct regular audits to ensure strict adherence to established procedures and uphold quality standards.

    Manage, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate tasks performed by clerical staff engaged in processing purchase transactions, dispatching crews, planning transportation schedules and routes, and other associated activities.

    Additionally, oversee the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintenance of inventory for materials, parts, and products. How to apply By email
