    Hourly Rate: $25.00

    Position Overview: Shipper/Receiver is responsible for all shipping and receiving duties in a fast-paced environment.

    • Key Job Responsibilities:
      • Load, unload, sort, and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment.
      • Verify shipment accuracy by comparing contents with records.
      • Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping.
      • Adhere to shipping/receiving policies and regulatory compliance measures.
      • Prepare shipping documents and complete daily logs.
      • Record shipment data and contact carriers for arrangements.
      • Address and resolve problems with shipments.
      • Order and maintain shipping supplies inventory.
      • Maintain cleanliness in shipping and receiving areas.
      • Compute shipping amounts and complete incident reports.
    • Job Qualifications:

      • High School diploma/GED, 3 years' shipping/receiving experience, ability to lift over 50 lbs., strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and experience with WMS system and industrial forklift equipment.

    • Physical Requirements:

      • Team members must meet lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, hearing, and visual requirements. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

    • Work Environment:

      • Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, sand, and/or dust. Conditions vary from moderately quiet to noisy volumes with irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
