- Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Promote company products and services through meetings and events
- Develop strategic business plans to increase sales from advisors
- Maintain client relationships and diversify product usage
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
- Mentor the Inside Sales Representative
- Present to advisors on new products and strategies
- Work collaboratively to meet sales objectives
- Adhere to Scotiabank's Global Sales Principles
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or business administration
- Must be Bilingual (FRE/ENG)
- Progressive experience in financial services industry
- 5+ years of sales and territory management experience
- CSC and/or IFIC certification
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Industry designation program enrollment preferred
- Strong time-management and public speaking skills
- Pro-active, self-starter with sales acumen
- Willingness to travel extensively

Dynamic Funds is a leading wealth management firm in Canada, offering a wide range of financial solutions to clients across various sectors and regions. As a subsidiary of Scotiabank, headquartered in Toronto, Dynamic Funds has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1957.
Purpose:
As the Vice-President, Business Development at Dynamic Funds, you will report directly to the Regional Vice President. Your main responsibilities will include generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and providing leadership to the Inside Sales Representative in your assigned territory.
