    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)is the go-to resource for people leaders and their teams for all human resources related matters.

    The HRBPcollaborates with all levels of management, as an HR expert, to provide advice on a wide range of topics such as employee relations, employee recognition, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, change management, and anything else to enhance the employee experience.

    The HRBPis also an advocate for employees, a coach for leaders, a champion of the NLS Values, and someone who promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Plan, organize, and execute the overall people strategy such as the Voice of NLS, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, Service Awards, and NLS Recognition
    Provide coaching and support to facility leaders on all employee relations initiatives.
    Works closely with talent acquisition team to develop a robust pipeline of talent for growth.
    Support recruitment and retention strategies of hourly associates. Support recruitment planning and activities for peak periods.

    Build effective relationships with internal teams to understand their business goals, offer assistance to make a difference, and guide others on reaching their objectives.

    Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is required.
    Working in a distribution centre environment would be an asset.
    Must own a vehicle and have a driver's license in good standing.
