- Grade 12 plus a recognized business administration certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Job Duties Job Duties This position provides administrative and customer (student and faculty) support for the Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) program. The position provides student guidance, triages program inquiries, coordinates a variety of schedules, assists faculty/students with technical and process related questions, coordinates and supports a variety of meetings, and ensures efficient and effective program delivery. The incumbent works within fast paced and evolving work settings and requires superior organizational and time management skills and the ability to calmly manage stressful situations. This position will need a candidate that is willing to be flexible to working in the different program areas and adapting to the changing pace of the programs in consultation with the academic chairs.Duties include:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of CCA office/program.
2. Provide detailed and accurate program and policy information to faculty, students and internal/external partners.
3. Perform a variety of administrative and budgetary duties.
4. Maintain a comprehensive electronic filing system.
5. Format exams, quizzes, answer keys and transcribe/convert electronic documents into our e-learning system.
6. Support the documentation for the student life cycle: pre/enrolment, grade point averages, documentation, student retention, and risk management as required.
7. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record and professionally document minutes.
8. Manage data in excel- create formulas, extract reports, clean data, data merges, etc
9. Create and maintain program materials, guidelines, student handbooks, course outlines, and manuals.
