    Position Title: HCM Functional Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors

    Location: Calgary, AB (Fully Onsite) Type: Permanent All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. The Position Our Calgary Client, is seeking HCM Functional Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors to join their large SAP team as they transform into SAP S/4HANA Rise Cloud. This is an onsite opportunity. While the client is based in Calgary, they are open to candidates working out of their satellite offices in Winnipeg, Mississauga or Port Coquitlam. What You'll Do
    • Elicit user and business requirements from stakeholders
    • Support different HR related applications including SuccessFactors BIZX, LMS and Security Modules
    • Document business process procedures and update SuccessFactors Compensation configuration
    • Be involved in creating test plans and strategies
    Mandatories (must Have To Qualify)
    • 5+ years of experience working in an SAP environment with SuccessFactors (BIZX, LMS) in a business analyst capacity
    • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors platform, including release processes, architecture and design
    • Strong ability to negotiate, facilitate meetings and get different stakeholder groups on the same page
    • University Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business
