    Purpose

    We're all about making a difference in Retail and Business Banking at Scotiabank. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our business strategies and objectives are met. Your focus? Providing top-notch service to Healthcare Professionals starting out in their careers, including MD Physicians and MD Students.

    Join us in capturing, retaining, and expanding our market share in the healthcare and professional client segment. It's all about offering the best service to our clients throughout their career journey.


    What You'll Do

    • Establish and cultivate relationships with professional student segments
    • Organize events and activities to connect with professional students and create sales opportunities
    • Provide expert advice and insights to meet professional student needs
    • Guide professional students through the banking process
    • Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences
    • Collaborate with internal partners to meet sales goals
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends
    • Facilitate referrals for MD physicians
    • Support the retail banking needs of MD physicians
    • Develop strategic partnerships for business growth
    • Contribute to the financial and non-financial objectives of the Canadian Bank
    • Promote a customer-focused culture
    • Ensure adherence to security procedures and reporting protocols
    • Champion a high-performance and inclusive work environment
