    Description
    Senior Research Analyst

    Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Research Analyst for 9 months hybrid contract with a possibility of extension. This role is with our client in Ottawa, ON.

    The Senior Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
    • -Methodology includes interviews and a survey with representative service providers from homelessness and related sectors;
    • -A complete inventory of collected data will be provided to client;.
    • -Project initiation meeting within five business days of contract signing;
    • Review of existing research within ten business days;
    • -Development of survey, contact list, and engagement plan within four to six weeks;
    • -Engagement plan ensures timely response and includes phone interviews if necessary;
    • -Secure stakeholder participation and deliver surveys within 10 business days;
    • -Update contact list as needed and deliver surveys to new contacts;
    • -Develop interim report within 15 business days;
    • -Submit final report and data snapshot report within 25 business days;
    • -Provide all materials to Project Authority within five business days after final report submission;
    • -Presentation of findings within 20 business days of final report submission;
    • -Project close meeting within five business days of presentation;
    • -Provide clarification items within five business days after the project close meeting;
    • -Any unforeseen tasks will be discussed and agreed upon mutually;
    The Senior Research Analyst must meet the following mandatory requirements:
    • Must have experience in conducting interviews and surveys with diverse stakeholders, preferably in the social services or research field;
    • -Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and deliverables effectively;
    • -Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights;
    • -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with stakeholders and report presentation;
    • -Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies;
    • -Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for data analysis and report preparation;
    • -Prior experience in working with government agencies or similar organizations would be an asset;
    • -Knowledge of issues related to homelessness and social services is preferred but not mandatory.
