    Work Location: 1884 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC
    • V7V 1J6 Title of Position: 1 Office Assistant Term of Employment: Full time, year round work Responsibilities: Responds to inquiries from patients and general public face to face, via telephone and email in a timely manner Collaborate with other staff members to streamline patient care and ensure that all necessary procedures are completed Passion for delivering excellent care to patients Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to produce correspondence, reports, memos, and documents.
    Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information.


    General clerical duties:
    filing, faxing, answering phone calls and taking messages, etc.

    Maintain and update manual and computerized information Order supplies and maintain inventory Performs other duties as required Job Requirements:

    Completion of Secondary Education is required Experience in a similar position is preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English Proficient in Microsoft office Able to work efficiently individually and within a team setting On the job training will be provided Wages: $23.

    5 for 35 hrs/week
