    Are you an experienced Fulfillment specialist OR mortgage broker who is tired of sourcing their own clients or a banking mortgage specialist who is looking for a change and learn what's on the Broker side of the biz, then this role is for YOU

    If you are a motivated individual looking to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a team that provides unbiased advice and undisputed expertise in the mortgage industry, come and join the Designer Capital team

    As a Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist, a typical day might include:
    Engaging with clients and lenders to become condition-free sooner with mortgage approvals.

    Calling all active and current clients to ensure they have sent in the correct documents to become approved for a mortgage.

    Preparing loan and mortgage signing packages, and coordinating meetings with clients and Brokers to review and sign them.
    Ensuring Customer Relationship Management ( CRM) software data is accurate and up to date.
    Making calls and writing emails to provide updates on client files to Lenders, Lawyers, Appraisers & Real Estate Agents
    At least 2 years of experience in an office environment or related role.
    ~ Flexibility, open to change ( able to adapt to working from home environment )
    ~ Advanced computer skills – Excel, G Suite, Adobe, CRM databases.
    ~ Licensed Mortgage Broker - Alberta / BC
    ~5 years experience with Mortgage lending or banking
    ~ Education- Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development offered. We pride ourselves in training and mentoring for success.

    Base hourly salary. Full-time, Permanent
