- Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management
- 5 to 10 years' experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
- Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities
