Flight Attendant Position

Company: Perimeter Aviation

About the Job: Flight Attendants play a crucial role as safety and customer service ambassadors onboard Perimeter flights. They ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers, leaving a positive and lasting impression.

Perimeter Flight Attendants are currently needed in three locations:

Winnipeg MB (YWG)
Thompson MB (YTH)
Timmins ON (YTS)

Personal Characteristics:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Effective under pressure
Great team player
Conscientious, confident, and proactive

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Attend crew briefings and gather necessary flight information
Conduct preflight checks and ensure safety equipment readiness
Deliver safety and service announcements/demonstrations
Prepare cabin for take-off, landing, and assist passengers during the flight
Offer snacks/beverages and manage onboard revenue
Provide guidance to passengers and colleagues
Cabin preparation, grooming, and paperwork
Stock and maintain aircraft supplies
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Complete a comprehensive training program
Respect for diverse cultural needs
Perform other assigned duties

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of Customer Service experience
University/college background preferred
Knowledge of Inflight Institute CT-201 course is beneficial
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
