    Description

    Professional Staffing has partnered with an Edmonton-based organization to identify a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will lead the company's day-to-day business operations in the Edmonton office while identifying geographic expansion opportunities beyond Northern Alberta and broadening the product portfolio. The successful Director of Operations is driven by building strong teams, and pursuit of aggressive growth strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, management, etc.) and oversight of the P&L
    • Determine the company's strategic growth as part of the executive team, including market expansion
    • Utilize business acumen to streamline efficiencies including potential outsourcing

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of operational leadership experience with sales, office and field operations
    • Previous experience reading construction blueprints, and coordinating electrical and general building contractors
    • Technical savvy in CRM systems, KPI reporting & dashboards, and P&L analysis
    • Experience in product management, installation and coordination
    • Proven leadership success with outstanding communication skills for board presentations

    Additional Details

    • 80% office based with 20% travel within Alberta, BC and Ontario
    • 4 weeks' vacation and extended health benefits including paramedical
