    We are looking to hire an Account Manager for positions based in Moncton, New Brunswick.     Responsibilities

    • Develop our business and foster client relationships.
    • Establish connections with the aim of becoming the preferred vendor.
    • Expand current client accounts.
    • Participate in industry associations.
    • Achieve sales targets.
    • Maintain client loyalty.
    • Pursue robust growth and profitability in a sustainable fashion.
    Qualifications

    • Experience in developing and managing national account programs within the automotive dealership sector is advantageous.
    • At least 2 years of business development experience focusing on major accounts, preferably within the automotive industry.
    • Capable of establishing and nurturing business relationships across all organizational levels, including executives, with both potential and existing clients.
    • Proficient in strategic sales techniques and adept at negotiating winwin agreements to foster longterm partnerships.
    • Demonstrated track record of successful sales experience in field settings is essential.
    • Possesses flexibility, motivation, and adaptability to work effectively in diverse environments.
    • Confident and proactive leadership qualities.
    • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
    • Strong business insight and a commitment to achieving results.
    • Embraces a clientcentric approach with attentive listening skills.
    • Skilled in identifying and cultivating new account opportunities.
    • Consistently follows up and maintains professional communication standards.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM technologies.
