    Receptionist W2 Contract 3 monthsToronto, Ontario$30/hr

    Job Description:
    We are a world class team who shares a dedication and commitment to our Green Carpet Services.

    The Receptionist will play a crucial role in the long-term success of our visitor and employee experience by providing extraordinary office support at our Toronto field office.

    Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency when assisting with the day-to-day operations of the front desk and building needs.

    Act as a building concierge to all visitors, customers & employees.
    Assist employees and vendors with obtaining temporary badges.
    Assist with New Hire orientation by providing the employee experience and coordinating onsite resources for virtual orientation.
    Ensure that all daily reception tasks are completed.

    Assist with coordinating events, projects and service requests as needed and understand facilities and security operational expectations to deliver the right content and services to employees and visitors.


    Provide assistance to the RESS team:
    help requests, building walk-throughs, conference room resources, etc.
    Maintain breakroom and office supplies. Flexible with schedule changes, lunch changes, OT and work assignments.
    Take necessary training courses, attend meetings as needed to build knowledge base and expertise
