    We are looking for a seasoned Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/French) to join our team. This role is responsible for resolving outstanding accounts from existing customers, resolving billing problems and reducing delinquencies. We are committed to flexible work arrangements, offering fully remote and hybrid workplace options.

    Negotiate payment of debts in accordance with client and company guidelinesReduce aging and balance delinquenciesConduct skip tracingCoordinate outbound collection lettersSuggest improvements on operational processes and establish best practicesProduce reports, analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendationsIdentify and escalate risks as well as potential fraudUpdate and document collection files with detailed information from clients, customers, agencies, and maintain professional communicationsSupport the collections team and management on all objectives Original jobs :
