    Description
    Looking for an Agile Coach
    You must have experience working within university or college

    Responsibilities:

    Agile Transformation Leadership:
    Lead the Agile transformation journey within the university, collaborating with academic and administrative departments to implement Agile methodologies.
    Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on Agile principles and practices, emphasizing the benefits of agility in higher education.

    Coach and Mentor:
    Coach cross-functional teams, including faculty, administrators, and staff, on Agile principles, values, and practices.
    Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile team members to enhance their understanding and application of Agile frameworks.

    Training and Workshops:
    Develop and deliver Agile training sessions, workshops, and presentations tailored to the unique needs of higher education stakeholders.
    Facilitate learning opportunities to increase Agile awareness and proficiency across the university community.

    Process Improvement:
    Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through Agile methodologies.
    Implement Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean to optimize project management and delivery processes.

    Change Management:
    Drive organizational change by fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
    Anticipate and address resistance to Agile adoption, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.

    Metrics and Performance Monitoring:
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and initiatives.
    Analyze metrics to identify areas for optimization and drive data-driven decision-making within the university.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
    Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, with specific experience in higher education settings highly desirable.

    Must have worked within University or College

    In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, as well as their application in academic and administrative contexts.

    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of an organization.
    Proven track record of driving successful Agile transformations and delivering measurable results.
    Experience in change management, process improvement, and performance monitoring within complex organizational environments.
