    The Opportunity

    Our team in audit and compilation services for Public Interest Entities is ready to welcome an Audit Compliance Manager in our Old Montreal offices. Join us and be part of this unique professional adventure

    Your responsibilities

  • Review and approve client certification files, ensuring maintenance of quality standards, and manage certification teams to meet client expectations.
  • Supervise team members' development and proactively communicate audit results for effective management.
  • Advise clients on financial and operational improvements and manage complex mandates.
  • Act as a resource for the team, identify client needs, and plan mandates accordingly, while overseeing planning and execution of certification programs.
  • Approve budgets, oversee billing, and actively contribute to business development.
  • Assume a leadership role in organization, development, and recruitment, and develop strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Conduct training as a recognized expert and participate in professional development initiatives.

    • Your profile

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting, Canadian CPA Auditor with over 6 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of audit/certification standards and accounting principles (IFRS and ASPE), with demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates and projects, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and budgets.
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and ability to deliver final files to partners.
  • Confirmed ability to manage and mobilize resources, delegate, train, and solve analytical problems.
  • Proven tax skills related to various client bases.
  • Proactivity, efficiency, and creativity in problem-solving, with excellent communication, relationship development, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and proactive attitude, with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the firm's services and products, with strong networking and business opportunity identification skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other specialized software.
  • Proficiency in French and English, to interact effectively with all our clients in Quebec and beyond.
