    Description
    We are seeking a talented IT Support for one of our major clients in the Banking sector.
    Offer remote support to users, installing and upgrading applications.
    Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through corrective steps.
    Ensure the smooth performance of systems.
    Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and network equipment.
    Install, update, and maintain software applications, ensuring licenses are up to date.
    Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations.
    Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Proven experience in IT support, technical support, or a related role.
    Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
    Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
