    Description

    Cash Management Administrator - Payments/SWIFT

    On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Cash Management Administrator - Payments/SWIFT.

    Cash Management Administrator - Payments/SWIFT – Job Description

    • Responsible for the execution of all activities related to Cash Management functions, including Treasury reporting and reconciliation operations
    • Objective of the Cash management Team is to optimize the use of the bank's funds to ensure best possible return, for our long balances and prevent overdrafts in our agent bank accounts
    • On a day-to-day basis, the incumbent is expected to monitor intra-day balances, processes accurate funding entries and forecast for end of day balances to be invested

    Cash Management Administrator - Payments/SWIFT – Mandatory Skills

    • Previous experience in Treasury Cash Management functions
    • Sound knowledge of Cash Management functions
    • Technical knowledge in different investment instrument types
    • Technical knowledge in SWIFT Message Types
    • Technical knowledge of Global Payments practices
    • Accurate Data Entry Skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Pertinent industry and regulatory/compliance knowledge

    Cash Management Administrator - Payments/SWIFT - Nice to Have Skills

    • Degree educated or equivalent would be preferred

    ASAP – 12 months to start
