Reporting to the Director of Housing & TCard Services in the Division of Student Life, this role is responsible for recommending short and long-term business plans and developing technology plans to support and enhance the processes and services associated with the TCard.
The incumbent develops communications strategies and TCard/UTORid services and programs in collaboration with tricampus partners in IT, ancillary/retail services and registrarial services as well as other University stakeholders and external merchants as relevant.
The incumbent also develops TCard policies and processes and oversees the administration of the TCard.
A minimum of 4 years' experience, with progressive supervisory roles, working in a student service or IT help desk setting.
Superior organizational and project management skills. Excellent analytical skills, ability to synthesize data and produce effective reports. Demonstrated ability to manage system/web/IT solutions. Strong diplomacy skills and understanding of how to manage confidential information. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
