    We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence and Marketing Sciences team.

    The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI through advanced analytics and insights generation.

    Generate timely and accurate reports to communicate key findings, insights, and performance metrics to stakeholders using both primary and secondary research methods.

    Conduct secondary research to support Strategy proposals with data-backed insights
    Develop customized dashboards and presentations using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

    Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with tech, product, and data engineering teams.

    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular data validation and cleansing processes.
    Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis and interpretation.
    Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues through training sessions, workshops, and internal forums.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles.

    ~ Experience in brand tracking and Brand Lift research preferred.
    ~ Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
    ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
    ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
