- SAP application design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and support for the current SAP ECC environment and the future S/4HANA environment.
- Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.
- Implement newly improved SD, Customer Experience (CX) and cross-functional business processes based on business requirements.
- Support the current SAP ERP ECC Environment and prepare for a transformation to S/4HANA
- Deep experience with SAP SD business processes, Order to Cash (OTC), Master Data, Pricing, Rebates, etc.
- Experiences with SAP Trade Promotion Management is a plus.
- Experience with integration points between Finance & Controlling (FICO), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and manufacturing and consumer products business processes in ECC 6.0 environment.
- Provide training and support to end users on SAP SD functionalities, best practices, and business processes.
- Experience with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems.
- Experience on integration to SAP and related products, such as Vertex, Customer Cloud, Commerce, etc. is a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel as needed up to 25%. Additional travel possible depending on location and projects.
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Confident and client facing personality with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with project management highlighting strong planning, coordination skills and leading practices.
- Experience and desire to work in a transformative environment that requires travel depending on location and projects.
- Experience in master data and its role in enabling systems.
- Experience with functional design and configuration of IT Applications.
- Experience with end-user support for SAP and non-SAP systems providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
- Speaking / Writing in Spanish and / or French are a plus.
- Familiarity with S4/HANA architecture, features, and migration strategies with SD is highly helpful.

Job Summary
As an SAP SD Solution Lead, you will be a key player in the Morton intelligent enterprise team that helps to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options and makes recommends to our internal customers. As a lead you will align technology and business strategy working together with our internal customers gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology, SAP best practices, business changes to achieve defined business goals.
You will also support the knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of our global business.
You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

Résumé du Poste
En tant que Chef de solution SAP SD, vous serez un acteur clé de l'équipe d'entreprise intelligente de Morton qui aide à découvrir et définir l'énoncé du problème, évalue les options de solution et fait des recommandations à nos clients internes. En tant que chef de solution, vous alignerez la stratégie technologique et commerciale en travaillant avec nos clients internes pour recueillir des exigences, analyser, concevoir et/ou mettre en œuvre des technologies, les meilleures pratiques SAP, des changements commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis. Vous soutiendrez également le transfert de connaissances dans le but de fournir des solutions de conseil à valeur ajoutée qui permettent à nos clients de répondre aux besoins changeants de notre entreprise mondiale. Vous aurez l'opportunité de jouer un rôle de premier plan dans la conduite d'une transformation majeure de SAP ECC à S/4HANA.
