    Description

    Our Client

    • Is an IT-service management company.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage company cash flow for daily operations and future needs.
    • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to optimize cash utilization.
    • Collaborate with regional teams, particularly Accounts Payable and Collections, to align forecasts with overall cash flow projections and resolve discrepancies.
    • Continuously refine forecasting models to minimize deviations from actual cash position.
    • Generate daily reports on cash balances, transactions, and liquidity positions for management review.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to cash management and financial reporting.
    • Manage administrative tasks for bank accounts, including setup, signatory updates, and closure of legacy accounts.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with main banks, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
    • Leverage banking knowledge to optimize cash management strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
    • Maintains accuracy and precision in financial records and reports.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying financial information.
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software for data analysis and reporting.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements and technologies.
