    Description
    The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group is the core powering the global EA ecosystem.

    We provide the foundation for all of EA's incredible games and player experiences with high-level platforms like Cloud, Commerce, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity and Social.

    By providing reusable capabilities that game teams can easily integrate into their work, we let them focus on making some of the best games in the world and creating meaningful relationships with our players.

    Within EADP, the Platform exists to support game developers by offering a smooth and self-service integration and operating experience. They will be responsible for ensuring EADP is developing toward meeting stakeholder needs both short and long-term. This role will partner with multiple organizations with EADP to ensure the technology supporting UGX meets EA's games.
    As Director of Product Management for UGX, you will report into the Sr. Director of Product Management.

    You will manage a small team, lead innovation and influence EADP's product teams and EA's game development teams to develop experiences that enhance developer productivity on our platform.

    Manage a small team spanning User Generated Content services and Moderation.

    Collaborate with engineering teams to shape the technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring the creation of scalable platform capabilities, and fundamentals.

    Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management
    3+ years managing product managers
    Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems. Experience leading a product management team with responsibility over product strategy
    Technical acumen to lead design and architecture discussions with engineering teams focusing on end-to-end scenarios.
