    Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design all digital and print marketing assets while enhancing the Auto RV Group's brand image and awareness
  • Executive projects from concept to final approval while ensuring brand integrity is maintained throughout the entire process
  • Proactively contribute to content, campaigns, magazines as well as department planning for upcoming projects
  • Design and implement appealing visuals for weekly newsletters, social media posts, website content, digital publications, print and other ad materials
  • Create engaging written content including customer stories, articles, whitepapers, blogs and any other media coverage
  • Support the sharing of company wide corporate content to enhance lead generation efforts
  • Work as a team player to support departmental initiatives while adhering to project timelines
  • Stay up to date with current design standards and trends specifically in the automotive, recreational vehicle, powersports, marine and hospitality sectors
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Successful completion of post-secondary education in communications, digital marketing, or public relations
  • + years of experience in graphic design
  • Proven ability with social media marketing, content marketing and communications is required
  • Proven ability to produce high quality and creative work while understanding the requirements of design including typography and layout
  • Previous experience in automotive marketing and developing social content for an automotive company is considered an asset
  • Incredibly skilled at utilizing of graphic design tools ie: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), Canva and MailChimp
  • Proven ability to be highly innovative, and effective in creating visually appealing content
  • Motion/gif, video creation and editing skills
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines/targets and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
