This role will work closely with our animal health executive team to deliver reports, analyses, recommendations/conclusions and client service to clients via transactional data from the veterinarian and pet retail channels.
You will join our team of research professionals focused specifically on Animal Health markets, including colleagues specializing in technology, advanced statistics and marketing/sales strategy.
Previous background and/or experience in market research, data analytics, companion animal (pet) health industry, client service is highly valued. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution:
o Project manager for medium to high complexity projects
o Delivers client analyses with high quality and according to plan
o Effectively communicates client needs and project specifications to internal teams
o Interpretates data and effectively reports the results
o Write headlines/executive summary, makes suggestions
Client Management:
o Begin to identify clients' challenges / needs and recommend products and services from our portfolio to help address those needs
o Regular interaction with junior and mid-level client management (presentations, phone calls, meetings, e-mail)
o Communicates project progress to account manager and other senior colleagues
