    Notre client est à la recherche d'un spécialiste du service client pour se joindre à son équipe en pleine croissance dans l'ouest d'Ottawa. En tant que spécialiste du service client, vous êtes très fier de votre travail et de l'expérience que vous offrez à vos clients. Est-ce que cela vous ressemble?

    Avantages
    - Taux de paie entre 19.50$ et 21$ de l'heure
    - Du lundi au vendredi
    - De 8h à 17h
    - Plan de santé et de soins dentaires, 2 semaines de vacances, jours de maladie additionnels et autres avantages

    Responsabilités
    - Répondre à un grand nombre d'appels et de courriels de clients
    - Conseiller les clients sur les produits et les services
    - Enregistrer toutes les informations, interactions et transactions dans le système
    - Utiliser vos compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de résolution de problèmes pour gérer les cas d'escalade
    - Assurer le suivi des demandes non résolues auprès des clients

    Qualifications
    - Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais
    - Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle ; résolution de problèmes, écoute active et empathie
    - Capacité à suivre un environnement dynamique et à fort volume
    - Vous êtes fier de votre travail et de l'établissement de relations durables avec les clients
    - Vous aimez relever des défis et prendre des initiatives
