We provide industry leading technologies to the building construction, surveying, engineering, governmental and mining markets.     Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Sales – 3D Machine Control. This position will be based out of one of our locations across Western Canada. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for working closely with each of our divisions in helping the teams identify construction opportunities and execute our strategy. As our primary liaison to the Construction team of Topcon, you will be instrumental in positioning our sales and marketing efforts strategically so that Brandt is aligned to promote the leading technologies into the markets we serve.     Duties & Responsibilities

    • Achieving sales goals for the long-term success of the PTD business across the company
    • Turning feedback and input to both Brandt and Topcon into future opportunities
    • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing programs and advertising initiatives to drive sales growth
    • Provide a focused approach to Construction Positioning Sales (sales techniques, proposals, training, demonstrations, and customer events)
    • Develop multi-level selling processes with end users and understand unique market challenged
    • Work closely with our wholesale team identifying new products and strategies to broaden our sales footprint
    • Other duties as assigned


    Required Skills
    • Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven
    • Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
    • Minimum of 3 years' prior experience successfully selling related products in the Construction Positioning Industry
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
    • Extensive travel will be required
    • Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
