- Procéder au cycle complet des comptes fournisseurs, incluant les tâches suivantes :Ouvrir et fermer les comptes fournisseurs en respectant les normes SOX (loi Sarbanes-Oxley).Communiquer avec les fournisseurs selon les besoins.Répondre aux demandes et aux questions des fournisseurs concernant les paiements, la facturation et les déductions inexpliquées.Joindre et rapprocher les bons de commande correspondants aux factures entrantes avec toutes les pièces justificatives.Examiner et résoudre les problèmes liés au traitement des factures et des bons de commande.Préparer les lots de chèques et les virements bancaires.Gérer les transactions et les rapprochements bancaires.
- Soutenir le contrôleur d'usine lors des fins de mois, de trimestre et d'année, en effectuant les tâches suivantes :Réaliser les activités d'écriture dans le grand livre en fin de mois, comme les écritures comptables, les analyses et la reddition de comptes connexe, tout en respectant les normes comptables.Mettre à jour les immobilisations.
- Participer activement à l'optimisation des processus comptables et des processus liés à l'inventaire et aux comptes fournisseurs.Apporter son soutien et participer aux initiatives de gestion allégée/5S et d'amélioration des processus.Appuyer les activités liées au respect des procédures du système de gestion de la qualité ISO/ISOVISION.
- Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des coûts des matières premières.
- Effectuer mensuellement les paiements d'impôts et les remises de taxes auprès des gouvernements.
- Collaborer avec d'autres services pour résoudre les enquêtes, et produire des analyses et des rapports sur une base quotidienne ou mensuelle.
- Soutenir le contrôleur de l'usine dans la préparation et l'assistance à tous les audits comptables internes et externes.
- Offrir son assistance au besoin pour les tâches importantes dans tous les domaines du service des finances.
- Travailler en équipe avec ses pairs, ses responsables et les employés de Marmon IEI.
- Être responsable de tous les autres projets et tâches qui lui sont confiés.
- DEC en comptabilité ou équivalent.
- Deux à trois ans d'expérience au sein d'un poste similaire.
- Expérience au sein du secteur manufacturier.
- Compétences intermédiaires en communication écrite et orale bilingue (français-anglais).
- Connaissance des exigences de la loi Sarbanes Oxley (un atout).
- Compétences en gestion de projet (un atout).
- Bonne compréhension des principes et pratiques en matière de comptabilité et d'information financière.
- Capacité à effectuer des calculs arithmétiques et statistiques de base ainsi que d'autres opérations mathématiques précises.

- Capacité à communiquer verbalement et par écrit avec des employés de tous les niveaux chez les fournisseurs et au sein de l'entreprise.

- Support the plant controller at month-, quarter-, and year-ends, including:Produce month-end general ledger entries, such as accounting entries, analyses, and reporting, in compliance with accounting standardsUpdate fixed assets
- Take an active part in optimizing accounting, inventory, and payable processesSupport and take part in Lean/5S and process improvement initiativesSupport activities within compliance to ISO Quality System procedures/ISOVISION
- Monitor and update raw-materials costs
- Make monthly tax payments and remittances to governments
