    This is a big, ambitious goal. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work on our small but mighty Product Team. In our brand new Enterprise squad, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our enterprise product offerings. So, why join us now? Working closely with product and engineering leadership, including the CEO and CTO, you will be vital in developing and maintaining the enterprise-focused product roadmap, vision and strategy. You will also iterate on the roadmap based on user feedback, industry trends and company objectives. You'll obsess about our enterprise customers by listening to their needs and catering our offerings based on what they're looking for.

    In this role, you will bring your resourceful and innovative spirit, roll up your sleeves and take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle to align it with our future enterprise requirements and objectives. This includes overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing management of the product and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, design, scientists, and go-to-market teams. By fostering strong partnerships and communication, you will ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions at Biorender.

    Our Ideal Fit

    • You're tirelessly user obsessed, keeping the user experience top of mind and digging deep into user feedback.
    • You're not afraid to dive into the technical details with engineers, knowing how to ask the appropriate questions to understand the level of difficulty and tease out workarounds that optimize for both user and developer experience.
    • You take an incredible amount of ownership, seeking and weighing feedback from different stakeholders, all while holding strong opinions regarding the direction of your product suite.
    • You can balance cross-functional collaboration with influencing stakeholders. You're a compelling communicator with a track record of gaining buy-in at all levels and functions (i.e. customers, leadership, engineers, etc.)
    • You're data-driven and fluent with data tools (we use Amplitude), diving into relevant metrics, spotting trends and deriving meaningful insights from data.

    You will

    • Partner with product leadership (including the CEO and CTO, 2/3 co-founders) to develop and maintain the product roadmap in your product area. You'll iterate on the roadmap based on user feedback, industry trends, company objectives, and product strategy
    • Own the product lifecycle from end-to-end for an entire product area (i.e. graphics products, enterprise tier, scientific protocols)
    • Collaborate with engineering, data, design, scientists and go-to-market teams to ensure that the product is developed and launched successfully
    • Maintain a world class NPS score and customer success metrics in your product area
    • Work with a mission driven Product team to foster an environment where everyone is learning, developing their craft, and challenging each other to get better every single day

    What you bring to the table

    • As a Senior Product Manager, you have 5-10 years of Product Management experience and have developed, launched and iterated new enterprise products that took multiple quarters to get adoption.
    • You have experience driving an area of strategy for the company, working with a large squad or potentially a couple of squads, and sometimes managing 1-2 people. for the company, working with a large squad or potentially a couple of squads, and sometimes managing 1-2 people
    • You have a track record of building successful enterprise products and driving business outcomes with a high user satisfaction rate / NPS (or improving the NPS of existing products).
    • You are entrepreneurial and have a track record of bringing new products from 0-1 to handle a product from ideation to execution.
    • You bring experience working on a SaaS product that obsesses with solving your customers' real-world problems. The user experience is your north star.
    • If you have a life science background, we consider that a plus, but it's not required
