- Join a fast growing as one of their initial sales members and grow with the team
- Work with industry veterans who have helped grow multiple organisations
- No micromanaging, you own your schedule and can manage your territory as you see fit
- Travel within sales territory (Eastern Canada) to meet prospects and customers
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers consistently
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Sell the company's products or services to customers within your given territory
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand
- Participating in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary
- Proven experience in a sales role in the HVAC, water systems or other relevant industry
- Must be bilingual and fluent in French and English
- Independent mindset who does well without any micro managing
- People person: comfortable meeting prospects and current customers to drive revenue
- Strong communication and time management skills
