    Description

    • Develop enterprise data architecture blueprints aligned with business goals.
    • Design and implement data models, integration frameworks, and governance policies.
    • Lead migration of legacy data systems to modern cloud data platforms.
    • Define standards for data security, quality, and lifecycle management.
    • Partner with analytics, engineering, and business teams to ensure solutions are usable and scalable.
    • Maintain and organize architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical artifacts in an enterprise architecture repository.

    Requirements



    • Minimum years' experience in data architecture, data modelling, and database design.
    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering (preferred).
    • Certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics – Speciality, Google Professional Data Engineer,

    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Data Engineer Associate and Microsoft Power Platform Developer - (preferred).


    • Certifications in data governance or BI tools – an asset
    • Strong expertise with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a key emphasis on Azure.
    • Hands-on experience with relational, NoSQL, and big data technologies.
    • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and real-time data streaming.
    • Hands-on experience with ShareGate or equivalent migration tools.
    • Proven experience in information or records management with expertise in SharePoint (on-prem and online).
    • Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
    • Proficiency in SharePoint configuration, site architecture, permissions, and integration with other M365 tools.
    • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 15489, GDPR, or HIPAA.
    • Strong expertise with data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
