    Here's how you'll stand out:

    As an Application Support Systems Analyst , you will be working closely with the L2 onshore/offshore development teams, providing design and system analysis support for development projects to include application development, system and data migrations, and functionality & feature additions. You will investigate Salesforce tickets, provide on-call support in Major Incident Management, and leverage your strong communication skills to create documentation to streamline workflows and guide our end-users in achieving their objectives.

    What you will do as a Application Support Systems Analyst:

    • Provide development team with design and analysis support for various development projects involving application development, system and data migrations, and functionality additions
    • Conduct code & design reviews, identifying bugs, and increasing code quality
    • Assess business requirements to create system requirement specifications and design artifacts
    • Work with onshore & offshore development team for project implementations
    • Ensure compliance with design and corporate development standards
    • Work with programmers, developers, and software architects on technical issues
    • Develop and review test protocols to support QA & User Acceptance testing
    • Identify issues and risks throughout the project life cycle and implement risk mitigation strategies
    • Identify creative & scalable technology solutions for issues encountered by the development teams
    • Participate & contribute to multiple cross functional meetings with technical and business stakeholders
    • Assist application roadmap development and help implement technology best practices
    • Provide technical support for business applications including on-call responsibility after hours
    • Analyze code, understand, and document the logic for existing Integration Jobs processes
    • Define requirements for new projects, based on the existing jobs logic and on the updated business needs

    Who you are as the successful candidate:

    • Post-secondary education in a computer science related field or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years of experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes & data manipulation
    • 3-5 years development experience using SQL Server , VB scripting, and PowerShell scripting with the ability to read, understand, and document existing code
    • Ability to build stored procedures, triggers and SQL jobs and work with Web Services
    • Ability to modify, build, execute and export results of custom queries as per the business needs
    • Hands-on experience working in a Salesforce support, configuration, or administration role is considered a strong asset
    • Ability to work in weekly, rotational periods of on-call support isrequired
    • Proven experience collaborating with various stakeholders in a project capacity, understanding the impact to customer and business support
