    Excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detailJob Description:

    Leads the design and development of blended learning solutions that include both live and virtual training programs and learner supports: user guides, job aids, communities of practice and other methods visually appealing content that adheres to visual branding guidelines; crafts diverse media including graphics, videos, audio, photorealistic imagery editing, and animations to generate compelling content utilizing a range of tools including presentation and desktop publishing software.

    Leads the design and development of training programs, technical and soft skills, including determining instructional methods (e.g. individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences or workshops) and developing teaching aids and training materials (e.g. handbooks, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, simulations).Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training programs from existing processes.
