    Description
    ONSITE position at Edmonton, Alberta

    Must haves:

    • 3 years experience or 2 year Diploma or 1 year experience (equivalencies) in Paralegal or Legal Assistant studies.
    • The ability to lift and handle boxes for file preparation.
    • Excellent problem identification and problem resolution skills.



    At least 2 years of:

    • Experience with paper and electronic filing system (Prolaw or similar)
    • Fast/strong typing skills to take real time notes (50 WPM)
    • Demonstrated experience with MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to look up various instructions, statutes, acts, procedures
    • Experience with review/editing / track changes
    • Legal research experience (Carswell or Westlaw)
