    Job Description

    Leo Burnett is looking for their next Digital Designer to join their Digital Production Team.

    A Digital Designer will develop their existing skills by working with senior agency creative staff on a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital design, and a keen eye for detail. They must have an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction.

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of digital assets such as social assets, banners, newsletters and website graphics.
  • Adapting conceptual files from art director across various channels and sizes.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries and design files.
  • Creation of creative decks for client approval to assets.
  • Support digital producers, developers and animators throughout the production life cycle.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with a background of working as part of a team.
  • Educational background in design and art direction is a definite asset.
  • Strong knowledge in Adobe creative suite.
  • Knowledge of Figma and Invision.
  • Illustration skills are a definite asset but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistency regardless of project size and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and the willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
