    Description

    We are seeking a Social Media Specialist as well as a new member to join our board of directors.

    CORPUS is looking for a Social Media Specialist who creates and executes a short-term digital marketing strategy to inform, advertise, and generate public interest before, during, and after our performances. They create and post content for our audiences to know where and when CORPUS performs (nationally and internationally).

    Several CORPUS projects will take place in Toronto in 2024. Among them the highly anticipated premiere of our show "Mukashi, Mukashi" at the Theatre Centre in September.

    • Create engaging content to increase audience attendance for all our Toronto performances
    • Attend live performances to capture content
    • Engage with users by responding to messages, inquiries, and comments

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Proficiency in both English and French.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or content development, specifically in growing audiences for live events on social media.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro), Canva or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus.
