    Responsable de Compte de Service ayant de très bonnes capacités de relations avec les clients, ainsi que la capacité et le désir d'apprendre et de travailler avec des produits complexes, pour rejoindre un environnement international avec une équipe partageant les mêmes valeurs au sein d'une Société de Logiciels de pointe en pleine expansion. Nos Gestionnaires de Compte de Service travaillent au sein de l' Équipe de Gestion des Services TI mondiale, qui se compose des gestionnaires de service, d'experts en systèmes et de gestionnaires de compte de service, opérant depuis plusieurs sites, notamment Gothenburg, Montréal and Singapour.

    Le titulaire de ce poste sera en contact direct avec les clients et sera le principal point de contact avec les clients pour le portefeuille Crew & Ops. Le candidat idéal coordonnera tous les problèmes dans un esprit de collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les organisation telles que la gestion de portefeuille, le développement de logiciels, la mise en œuvre, la finance, la qualité, le conseil en solutions et d'autres partenaires de la gestion des services.

    Responsabilités du poste :

  • Diriger toutes les activités de Gestion des Services et de Réussite Client, y compris la création de plans d'adoption, de calendriers de projets, de produits livrables, de mesures à prendre et, le cas échéant, diriger les activités d'une équipe.
  • Diriger l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'un plan, d'une méthodologie et d'un processus reproductible pour le soutien des produits et des services.
  • Élaborer et diriger la formation aux produits et services et l'analyse des étapes de travail.
  • Assurer la résolution de tous les problèmes liés au projet jusqu'à l'acceptation par le client.
  • Fournir des rapports mensuels aux clients et aux parties prenantes internes sur le statut général actuel du client, les mesures, la résolution des problèmes, les recours hiérarchiques des clients, la gestion des risques et la coordination interne.
  • Assurer le suivi des progrès et la fourniture de niveaux appropriés de rapports de projet, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
  • Diriger la préparation d'analyses d'impact technique et opérationnel pour les clients assignés.
  • Responsable de toutes les communications internes et externes, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
  • Coordonner les livraisons de données clients avec les représentants des comptes et les équipes d'intégration des produits/services.
  • Coordonner les Services post-implémentation et le 2ème niveau d'assistance pour les clients
  • Responsable des services fournis pour l'ensemble du compte client avec tous les produits pour ce compte particulier
  • Responsable de la coordination de l'interaction quotidienne des incidents avec le gestionnaire de service/soutien technique principal, en rapport avec les services que le client a signés (SLA), agissant en tant qu' « ambassadeur » du client au sein de Jeppesen.
  • Responsable d'identifier les besoins des clients qui pourraient entraîner une augmentation des ventes.
  • Responsable d'interagir avec de nombreux services de l'organisation pour comprendre des situations complexes et fournir des réponses aux clients.

    • Ce poste est hybride. Cela signifie que le candidat sélectionné devra effectuer une partie de son travail sur place à l'une des options de lieux indiqués. Cela relève de la discrétion de l'équipe d'embauche et pourrait potentiellement changer à l'avenir.

    Qualifications de base (compétences/expérience requises):

  • 7 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans des rôles interagissant avec les clients dans un environnement technique
  • 3 ans ou plus d'expérience de travail avec des équipes techniques
  • Expérience en leadership de tâches ou d'équipes
  • Excellentes compétences en communications verbale et écrite en anglais
  • Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada
  • L'individu ne doit pas représenter un risque pour la sécurité des biens contrôlés
  • Doit être éligible à manipuler des données contrôlées pour l'exportation vers les États-Unis

    • Qualifications préférentielles (formation/expérience):

  • Expérience dans le domaine des opérations aériennes
  • Expérience de travail avec des équipes interfonctionnelles au sein d'organisation(s) mondiale(s)
  • Connaissance du portefeuille et des produits Crew & Ops
  • Capacités de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes de niveau supérieur et d'établir de bonnes relations avec la clientele

    • Formation et expérience typiques:

    Formation/expérience généralement acquise au terme d'une formation supérieure (Baccalauréat, par exemple) et généralement 10 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle pertinente ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience (par exemple, un master + 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, 14 ans d'expérience professionnelle connexe, etc.).

    Déménagement:

    L'aide au déménagement n'est pas un avantage négociable pour ce poste. Les candidats doivent habiter dans la région immédiate ou déménager à leurs frais.
