    The Identity and Access Management – Active Directory Senior Systems Engineer role will be responsible for configuring, managing, access governance, maintaining, and optimizing Bayshore's IAM/Active Directory ecosystem in a hybrid cloud design (on premise, Azure, AWS).

    Responsibilities require a strong focus on supporting and delivering Privileged Access Management, Active Directory Services, Conditional Access through group policy, asset access (user endpoint devices, servers), Azure AD (tenant and Subscription), and AWS (IAM with VPC Services).

    This includes primary responsibility for access privilege lifecycle and operational hands-on management and ongoing maintenance and support of the various infrastructure technologies deployed in Bayshore.

    In addition, this position will be responsible for providing 2nd level and/or 3rd level support including technical guidance to IT teams and users as required.

    This position will join a team responsible for compute and storage infrastructure, telephony systems, and call center platforms including data center network and branch office connectivity.

    This is a hybrid role, with two days onsite (Mississauga location) and the remaining days remote. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES‪‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ Must have strong hands-on experience and product understanding of the below services and be able to support related products as needed:


    • Experience with access management on Microsoft enterprise systems, Identity life cycle management.
    • Participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, documentation, optimization, and support related to access, while working with IT teams to deploy new applications and functionality.
    • Participate in projects and production support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies and integrations.
    • Ability to support application and admin user access to both on premise and cloud (Azure AWS)
    • Manage and maintain privileged identity Access Management(IAM) across products and services (users, groups, computers,
    • Experience with Single sign on(SSO) and multi factor authentication(MFA) and SCIM Integration
    • Expert knowledge of authentication protocols with SAML, OAuth, OpenID and Kerberos
    • Understand and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), certificates, and their impact on Active Directory.
    • Strong scripting and automation abilities PowerShell/PowerCLI is given preference. Good to have experience in Terraform.
    • Expert knowledge and experience working with Protect Privileged Access Products like – Secret Server and Identity Manager.
    • Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC for clouds solutions (. Azure).
    • Experience in working with Microsoft Entra ID(Azure AD) and Azure AD Connect
    • Maintain configuration control of accounts, access and AD objects stay within accordance of established Security Policies.
    • Develop system access and security implementation plans derived from operational customer needs and requests.
    • Experience creating technical architecture documentation and DevSecOPS.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
    • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
    • Positive approach to customer service with demonstrated ability to handle high pressure support needs in a calm, respectful, and efficient manner.
    • Good to have experience on IGA products and technologies from PING, SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, CyberArk, etc.

    Job Qualification
    QUALIFICATIONSEducation

    • Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
    Industry certifications in one or more of the following:

    • Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - Understanding Active Directory
    • Industry-leading identity and Access Administrator – Sailpoint, Okta, PING, Azure etc.
    • Microsoft - MCSE Server Infrastructure certification
    • AWS or Azure certification Experience
    • 6-10 years in a senior technical role supporting Privileged Access lifecycle and related eco-systems that deliver secure access for users to applications, servers and desktops
    • 3-5 years with cloud-based IAM solutions– good to have
    • 3-5 years provisioning and supporting cloud services Other Skills and Abilities

    • Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; oral and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
