    Responsibilities
    Here are some of the challenges you'll face in your new role as Business Development and Recruitment Specialist:


    • Maintain and develop your customer database by building relationships with new and existing clients
    • Regularly engage clients and prospective clients, by telephone or by organizing networking visits (virtual or in person) in a specific local area;
    • Meet clients recruitment needs;
    • Lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle;
    • Participate in the negotiation, interviewing and hiring of all new talent.

    • Experience working with sales and business development;
    • An ability to build strong, lasting relationships;
    • Experience or a keen interest in the world of recruitment;
    • At ease in a fastpaced, hyperdynamic environment;
    • Experience or keen interest in the world of talent attraction and recruitment;
    • A passion for meeting challenges, achieving and exceeding objectives;
    • A good team player with strong communication skills;
    Summary

    • Permanent fulltime 37.5 hours per week
    • Daytime office hours
