    Description

    Reporting to the Lead Process Engineering Master Data this role will;

    Lead and coordinate the testing of processes, systems and technology impacting Operations as per the approved business requirements
    Lead and manage the development of Test strategies, Test plan, Test scripts, Defect Management, and Test execution
    Conduct impact and risk assessments on deferred or outstanding defects affecting Operations and work with project team to mitigate the risk.
    Lead and coordinate the training of all assigned Testers
    Effectively acquire and manage testing resources required for the project
    Work with the Project Manager to execute on deliverables assigned in order to complete the project scope on-time and within budget.
    Lead and conduct Lessons Learned exercises for continuous improvement of the testing process
    Communicate project test status and defect resolution activities to all stakeholders

    Responsibilities

    Degree in Industrial Engineering/BS degree in Engineering graduate preferred – P. Eng designation is preferred
    Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant work experience in a high availability Supply Chain (Transportation/Network/logistic)
    Minimum of 3-5 years of User Acceptance testing and Integrated Product testing experience in software and hardware mobile technology, Material handling Equipment Testing and Process Verification analysis.
    Lean/Six Sigma training (Green Belt is preferred)
    Project management Skills (PMP designation is preferred)
    Proficient in Testing tools, i.e., Quality Center, Application Lifecycle management software
    Quality Engineering or Software Quality Engineer Certification (preferred)
    Strong leadership, project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in an Agile approach
    Ability to work with a high degree of detail and accuracy constantly meeting deadlines.
    Problem solver and strategic thinker with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast paced
    Knowledge in SAP applications (i.e., Mobile devices, SAP TM, SAP ERP, SAP BI, Event Manager)
    Strong written and oral communications skills
