PROFILE SUMMARY


We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and logĂ­stical support to the Chair, the Family Business Council, and the Wesik Family Foundation.

In this role, you will manage scheduling, coordinate travel arrangements, draft and edit correspondence, manage confidential files and records, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide professional and confidential administrative and executive support to the Chair and Family Business Council.
  • Manage calendars, contact databases, document signing requirements, and travel plans.
  • Participate in daily/weekly meetings to review ongoing and upcoming work requirements.
  • Prepare a weekly status report for the Chair.
  • Manage the processing of monthly corporate expenses.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all Family Business Council, Wesik Family Foundation, and related meetings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities related to donations and sponsorships.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • A professional with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in seniorlevel Executive Support roles. Previous experience working in a Family Office seen as a strong asset.
  • A team player who is an analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • Someone who operates with the highest level of discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • An individual who is resourceful, proactive and independent in their working style.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 $100,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
